Ray Duffy

 Prior to Horizon, RAY DUFFY was a Director and Member of the Investment Committee with Train Smith Counsel-Concord International Investments where he was responsible for discretionary account management and the firm’s investment risk guidelines. Previously, Mr. Duffy was a Principal and Vice President with Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. where he was responsible for discretionary asset management for select clients and focused on investment planning techniques to assess and control risk. Before Bernstein, he was a Manager with the Personal Capital Planning Group, a subsidiary of Merrill Lynch, and responsible for the development of tax and financial planning services for individuals and their families. Prior, Mr. Duffy was a Corporate Vice President with the American Express Company where he began his career and where he served in a number of executive positions with responsibilities in marketing, sales, management and product development. Mr. Duffy received a B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from Vanderbilt University.
