Bill Bamber, CFA is the Global Head of Structuring at CIBC and has 20 years of international capital markets experience most notably in derivatives spanning all asset classes. He has been based in the United States, South Africa and Canada. Among the innovative solutions he has pioneered is the world’s first Emerging Market ETF, the SATRIX 40. Bill holds an MBA from Queen’s University.
