Neil Waterman

Neil is the Founder and Managing Director of Catapult Partners. Over his career, Neil has founded several entrepreneurial ventures, and has always had a passion for working with fellow entrepreneurs and their emerging businesses. Neil has extensive international experience, having spent five years of his career in Latin America. During his time abroad, Neil was involved in various ventures in the hospitality, media, and software fields, and also served on the Board of Endeavor Chile – a non-profit organization which encourages the growth of entrepreneurs in emerging markets. Neil currently serves on the Board of Directors of BeautyKind, We-Commerce, KloudNation, Zodiac Spirits, and The Waterman Foundation. Neil is also very active in the community, serving on the Advisory Boards of the Entrepreneurs for North Texas, The Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas, and the Communities Foundation of Texas. He is a former Advisory Board member of the University of Texas at Dallas – Center for BrainHealth, the Alumni Board of the Episcopal School of Dallas, and was a member of the Dallas Chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (2001-2011), where he served two terms on the Board. Neil received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Studies from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, holds Master of Business Administration degrees from both Tulane University and the Universidad de Chile, and is fluent in Spanish. Neil resides in Dallas with his wife and three children.
