From 1981 until 1984, Dan Mosley was associated with the New York City law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell. In 1984, he joined the New York City law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore as an associate. He became a Partner in Cravath, Swaine & Moore in 1987, and now heads the Trusts & Estates Department. Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP is a leading New York City law firm with more than 400 attorneys in active practice. Cravath’s clients include a substantial number of the largest national and international corporations. Dan Mosley is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Greenwich Hospital, Greenwich, Connecticut, and is on the Board of Madison Square Boys & Girls Club, Inc., New York, New York, the William S. Paley Foundation, New York, New York, the Pinkerton Foundation, New York, New York, the William E. Simon Foundation, Morristown, New Jersey, the Edward John Noble Foundation, the Thomas J. Watson Foundation, New York, New York, and Paley Center for Media, New York, NY. Dan Mosley holds a Masters in Tax Law (Llm) from New York University, a JD from the University of Alabama School of Law and a BA from the University of Alabama. Dan Mosley is married to Heather Stanton Mosley. They have three children, Anne (born 1992), Olivia (born 1994) and Georgia (born 2002).
