Digital Marketing Manager

Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager plays an integral role in driving Membership growth via omnichannel lead generation programs that attract and nurture High Net Worth (HNWI) wealth creators through the buying cycle. This position works closely with IT to maximize data and CRM management, Communications and Content Marketing to maximize brand awareness, and Sales to maximize conversion rates. TIGER 21 is a worldwide membership organization for highly successful entrepreneurs and wealth creators.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strategic digital initiatives to drive awareness and candidate flow through SEO, paid search, display, and social advertising
  • Work with Content Marketing Manager to design and execute scalable and automated email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive lead generation and lead nurturing
  • Manage direct-response marketing channels, including paid search, SEO and retargeting
  • Manage digital agency to evaluate effectiveness of media and optimize performance of organic content
  • Manage public website and work with Communications to optimize messaging and website performance
  • Deploy email marketing campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud and manage list pulls, QA testing, etc. via Salesforce CRM
  • Work with PR and marketing team to design and deploy social media campaigns
  • Continually monitor, analyze, and optimize lead generation campaigns
  • Track, analyze and report on overall audience engagement and growth
  • Monitor incremental media metrics and update monthly reporting documents to share with internal stakeholders
  • Create tracking links using UTM parameter best practices  and manage the ongoing maintenance of tag tracker
  • Ensure projects are completed within the desired budget, schedule and quality standards
  • Identify, review, and recommend new media and email marketing opportunities to improve ROI
  • Ensure all digital marketing strategies are in alignment with our brand story and core values
  • Internal digital marketing subject matter expert, bringing expertise of new trends to the marketing team

Experience:

  • 3+ years of relevant and progressively more responsible digital marketing experience in a fast-paced organization
  • In-depth knowledge of paid search, SEO and display media
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred, if not other Salesforce products like Pardot)
  • Strong understanding of CRM and reporting capabilities (Salesforce highly preferred)
  • Experience executing social media paid and unpaid campaigns
  • Experience working for/with Membership / Networking organizations preferred
  • Requires working knowledge of all marketing areas and the ability to integrate them
  • Proven ability to integrate marketing strategies and programs across multiple sectors
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Membership is by invitation only. Requirements for membership include demonstrated wealth in excess of $10 million in investable assets. Members, in the aggregate, manage over $70 billion of personal wealth, plus a subset of Members continue to manage an additional $65 billion of capital through investment partnerships they lead for others, creating a combined “footprint” in excess of $135 billion. Members are extensively screened to ensure that all Members are of high integrity and have enjoyed the requisite levels of success.
