Philippe G. Von Stauffenberg

Philippe G. Von Stauffenberg has over 11 years experience of leading successful buy-and-build private equity investments across Europe. He started his career in private equity at E.M. Warburg Pincus (“Warburg Pincus”) where he was involved in 3 investments with a large buy-and-build component. Between 1995 and 1996, Philippe G. von Stauffenberg structured a management buy-in of a translation and documentation company, Heitmann, which he built through acquisitions into one of the market leaders and eventually sold in 1998. He has worked for and with Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst (“HMTF” or “Hicks Muse”) from 1999 to 2003 and has helped to build their successful European franchise, including being interim CEO of one of their portfolio companies. Most recently he has sourced three proprietary private equity deals, of which Klassik Radio got executed, one is in the pipeline and one proved to be uneconomical.
