Bob Mitchell is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Conestoga Capital Advisors. He is responsible for directing the equity portfolio management process and employing Conestoga's fundamental research approach to selecting securities. Mr. Mitchell also oversees the firm's operations. His focus is on small capitalization companies. Prior to forming Conestoga Capital Advisors, Bob Mitchell was a Portfolio Manager/Analyst and the Director of Equity Research at Martindale Andres & Company. His portfolio management and research expertise was focused on small capitalization companies. While at Martindale Andres & Co., he was responsible for $100 million of individual and institutional small-cap accounts. Prior to his employment at Martindale Andres & Co., he worked with the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division, where he analyzed the economic and financial aspects of various industries for evidence of antitrust violations. Mr. Mitchell has provided investment commentary to a broad range of investment publications including The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg News and The Philadelphia Inquirer. Mr. Mitchell holds an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a BA from the University of Notre Dame
