Russell Dixon

Russell  is founding Principal and Chief Executive Officer of RedHill Realty Investors, a private real estate investment and advisory firm specializing in opportunistic multi-housing acquisition and development.  Alongside its partners, RedHill has $1B assets under management.Mr. Dixon has held key positions in national and global companies within the investment and institutional real estate arena. He is one of the foremost leaders nationally in the multifamily business, and has been involved in high profile and portfolio transactions annually valued in aggregated billions of dollars, US.Mr. Dixon formerly served as National Managing Director for Insignia / ESG (NYSE), a diversified New York based real estate investment banking and services firm. He was responsible for equity, debt, and structured finance within Capital Advisors and headed Multi Housing Properties and Investment Advisors.Prior to Insignia, Mr. Dixon formed and headed CB Richard Ellis global Multi Housing practice and was Co-Managing Director of CBRE’s Major Accounts/ Institutional Properties division.  Prior to CBRE, Mr. Dixon served as President and CEO of TWC Advisors, Los Angeles.Mr. Dixon is a graduate of Brigham Young University with post-graduate studies at the University of Southern California and Stanford University. He serves on numerous industry boards and associations to include the National Multi Housing Council, National Apartment Association, Urban Land Institute and Mortgage Bankers Association.Dixon is recognized as a national leader in the Multi Housing sector.
