Yon Regan is a Managing Member with Cost Segregation Services with over 30 years experience in commercial real estate and finance. He has held leadership positions with one of the country’s largest commercial real estate firms and during his tenure as a broker, distinguished himself by selling 50% of all large apartment buildings that changed hands in the state of Colorado for several years. Mr. Regan is a contributing writer to industry publications and is a recognized educator who has led continuing professional education courses for accountants, real estate attorneys and commercial brokers across the US.
