Tim Formuziewich

Tim Formuziewich, Managing Partner – Tim is a Managing Partner, focused on the Fund, and is based in Rio de Janeiro. He has led a number of transactions across sectors in Brazil and has been responsible for overseeing portfolio investments and developing strategy and business plans, as well as implementing key corporate governance initiatives across a number of Brookfield’s platforms, most recently with a specific focus on agrilands. Tim’s transaction experience includes real estate, infrastructure, agrilands, timberlands and financial services. He led the IPO of Brookfield’s Brazilian homebuilding operation in 2006 in one of the largest IPOs in Brazil to date. Tim has 12 years of investing and finance experience, qualified as a Chartered Accountant (Canada) and a Certified Public Accountant (Maine) and is a CFA charterholder. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Acadia University in Canada.
