Hal Gregersen (Ph.D., University of California, Irvine) is the Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank Chaired Professor of Innovation and Leadership at INSEAD, a Senior Fellow at Innosight, an innovation strategy consulting firm, and founder of the 4.24 project, which is dedicated to rekindling in adults the provocative power of asking the right questions so they can pass this crucial creativity skill onto the next generation and cultivate the curiosity of the world’s 1.85 billion children for a lifetime of significant service.
Gregersen has helped global corporations, including Adidas, Coca-Cola, Christie’s, Daimler, IBM, LG, Sanofi-Aventis, World Economic Forum, and Yahoo! master the challenges of innovation and change. Gregersen also works extensively with social innovators and entrepreneurs, such as Cirque du Monde and Room 13, to use the visual and performing arts to build better innovation skills in the rising generation of leaders. He serves as a board member at Pharmascience and regularly delivers inspirational keynote speeches around the world.
