During her lifelong pursuit of excellence as an elite athlete and ten-year corporate executive, most recently at Mellon Bank, Executive Athete’s President, Sonya Stoklosa, developed a profound understanding of successful organizations and teams. Her conviction is that ultimately, only people matter. The ‘Executive Athlete’ can balance the increasingly complex challenges and responsibilities at work and at home, while pursuing challenging goals and remaining true to deeply held values.
