Shannon Wilson

Shannon Wilson is a fashion designer, philanthropist, and businesswoman. Previously known for her work as the lead designer of lululemon, Shannon designed some of the company’s most successful and iconic products including the groove pants and the logo hoodie. Today she is known as the Founder and Creative Director of Kit and Ace, a luxury technical apparel brand created with husband Chip Wilson’s eldest son, JJ Wilson. Chip and Shannon are also the pioneers of numerous philanthropic ventures. Together, they established imagine1day, founded the Chip and Shannon Wilson School of Design at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, and created whil, a subscription based digital health and wellness platform, offering personalized mind and body training programs with the goal of helping individuals live healthier, happier, and more engaged lives. Chip and Shannon are proud parents with five sons among them.
