James Gray is the founder and managing director of Cornice & Rose International. The firm plans, designs, and executes enduring real estate projects at a world class standard. Projects consist of aspects of traditional, historically proven architecture for owners, who think in terms of 100 years and longer.
At the age of nineteen James made his first real estate investment while at university. He has had successful architectural and development sojourns in Greenwich, Connecticut, London, England, and Chicago, Illinois. While in the UK, he served as a senior client representative for Aralon Advisory Services, a single family office with a substantial financial and global real estate portfolio. Properties included those located in the U.S., England, Egypt, France, Italy and Saudi Arabia.
James continues to be involved in the ownership, management and operation of real estate development projects in both domestic and international locations with the same mandate – design and build to provide a lasting sense of place. He is a licensed architect and a graduate of the University of Illinois. James has attended seminars in Town Planning and Real Estate Finance at Harvard University, and serves on an advisory council at Judson University.
