Jason Isaacson

Jason Isaacson is a founding partner and President of IP Capital Partners, LLC and is responsible for overseeing its day-to-day operations. Mr. Isaacson has extensive experience in the acquisition, financing, transaction structuring and asset management of commercial real estate. He has acquired and financed over $5.0 billion in real estate transactions throughout the United States. Mr. Isaacson’s experience includes the repositioning and redevelopment of office buildings, industrial properties, shopping centers and hotels as well as the successful disposition of these assets. Furthermore, Mr. Isaacson has successfully restructured $265 million of debt to $135 million with banks, balance sheet lenders and special servicers. Prior to forming IP Capital Partners, LLC, Mr. Isaacson was President of Penn Florida Realty Advisors, LLC the successor to Cypress Creek Capital, LLC, a company he lead since 2005 to acquire real estate in Florida. In 2009, Mr. Isaacson merged Cypress Creek Capital with Penn Florida Realty Advisors. During his tenure at Penn Florida and Cypress Creek, Mr. Isaacson spearheaded the acquisition of over $300 million of commercial real estate in Florida in joint venture with institutional partners and developed a reputation as one of the foremost acquirers and debt restructure experts in Florida. Mr. Isaacson began his career in real estate with the Archon Group, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, investing on behalf of the Whitehall Real Estate Funds. He moved to Florida in 2000 where he was the Vice President and Director of Commercial Real Estate for The Trump Group, a private equity investment firm focusing on commercial real estate, residential development and corporate opportunities. Mr. Isaacson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and minor in Economics from the Crouse Hinds School of Management at Syracuse University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.close
