Julie A. Morton, PhD, is the President of Conscious Legacy Coaching (CLC). CLC specializes in Circumstance & Performance Coaching, which holds as its premise that high performance individuals (business/financial families, executives, athletes and boards): Regularly face changing circumstance within which they must quickly adapt and excel. Should learn to leverage their strengths in different ways.Must learn to avoid some of the pitfalls that come with success.Are able to quantify the impact of qualitative change (i.e. communication & trust).Can systematically learn to rebuild fractured or broken trust and move forward with productive and satisfying relationships.Circumstance Coaching is a natural outgrowth, and refinement, of the Family Business & Leadership Coaching that CLC was founded upon.
