Ross Walker

Ross Walker is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Hawkins Way Capital and its affiliated funds. Since co-founding the company, Mr. Walker has served on the Investment Committee where he leads the firm’s real estate acquisition and development, asset management and property management activities. Prior to forming Hawkins Way Capital, Mr. Walker served as a Partner at Wolff Urban Development, a real estate-based family office, which included professional sports team ownership activities (Oakland Athletics and San Jose Earthquakes).Mr. Walker graduated from Stanford University and earned an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. Subsequently, Mr. Walker served on Stanford University’s Board of Trustees and now serves as Trustee Emeritus. Mr. Walker is also a member of the Stanford Real Estate Council and YPO.
