Mark Coleman is the president of MC Equities, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, dba Harmony Communities:www.harmonycommunities.com. Harmony Communities is one of the twenty largest manufactured community owners in the United States with over 10,000 spaces. In 1993 Mark began investing in manufactured home communities.  He initially became involved by directing his family owned company to purchase manufactured home communities.  He spearheaded the acquisition, financing, and overall asset management of properties in Arizona and Oregon.  In 1998 he independently purchased an 80-space community in eastern Utah.  Then in 1999, he formed his own company, MC Equities, LLC, in order to own and manage these properties and to acquire new communities.  MC Equities, LLC has an ownership interest in, as well as being the principal asset manager for the following properties: 1. 1994 – 165 space senior community in Salem, Oregon for $3,800,000.2. 1997 – 130 space senior community in Phoenix, Arizona for $3,180,000.3. 2000 – 237 space family community in Houston, Texas for $2,850,000.4. 2001 – 250 space family community in Lake Charles, Louisiana for $2,275,000.5. 2003 – 234 space family community in Sioux Falls, South Dakota for $4,250,000.6. 2002 – 366 space family community in Houston, Texas for $7,350,000.7. 2004 – 136 space family community in Conneaut, Ohio for $2,575,000.8. 2004 – 166 space family community in Chardon, Ohio for $3,700,000.9. 2005 – 104 space family community in Glendale, Arizona for $3,600,000.10. 2005 – 140 space senior community in Roseburg, Oregon for $5,750,000.11. 2006 – 245 space family community in Knoxville, Tennessee for $4,100,000.12. 2006 – 656 space family community in Spring, Texas for $11,500,000.13. 2006 – 325 space family community in Cedar Falls, Iowa for $4,300,000.14. 2008 – 534 spaces in 2 communities in Waterloo, Iowa for $3,995,000.15. 2009 – 488 space family community in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for $10,950,000.16. 2011 – 303 space family community in Shelby Township, Michigan for $11,650,000.17. 2012 – 686 space senior community in Mt.
