Amy Brodsky
Amy has over 20 years of global experience in human resources management, executive coaching, talent and change management, leadership development, and employee relations. Amy has led client engagements ranging from large-scale mergers and acquisitions, organizational change and restructuring and cultural integrations. Amy’s relationship management capabilities and law background have led her to drive results which are both strategic and operationally strong. Amy has also served as consultant to C-Suite executives and Family Offices on coaching, family dynamics, organizational design and development, as well as, advising, recruiting, developing and training leaders and their management teams to maximize ROI. Ms. Brodsky holds a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.A. from University of New Hampshire. She also holds a certificate from Columbia College- (ECI) as part of Columbia’s Executive Coaching Program.
