Samreen Hasan

Dr. Hasan grew up in Wyoming and moved east to attend Brown University. After college, she worked in public health at NYU’s Center for Immigrant Health and was inspired to pursue a career in medicine. Following medical school at UCSF, Dr Hasan was awarded the Zuckerman Fellowship to study Health Policy and Management at Harvard University, where she earned a Master’s degree in Public Health. Dr. Hasan completed her residency at Columbia University, and has been practicing medicine in New York for the past decade. She helped launch the New York practice of Private Medical, where she currently practices. Dr. Hasan is passionate about individualizing her approach to patients by practicing a style of medicine that is high-touch, slow paced, evidence-based, and personal. Dr. Hasan’s clinical focus is adult primary care, health promotion, and disease prevention.”
