Mr. Levy is CEO and majority owner of XTRA. Mr. Levy was previously a co-founder of Allegiant Travel Company (Nasdaq: ALGT), having held CFO, COO and President positions during his tenure. Mr. Levy led development of Allegiant’s innovative and high-performing business model, generating years of industry-leading profitability.From 2016 until May 2018, Mr. Levy was CFO of United Continental Holdings, the world’s third largest airline with annual revenues of $40 billion and 90,000 employees. He is also a board member of NYSE-traded Copa Holdings, the Panamanian flag-carrier and one of the world’s most consistently profitable airlines.XTRA has 23 other team members and expects to add other senior management members in the weeks ahead. Founding management has made cash commitments of at least $8.5mm to the Company.
