Nick has worked in the insurance and claim industry since 2005 with consultancies in both Canada and the UK.His major focus is in providing Business Interruption expertise to companies and their brokers to assist in the establishment of adequate limits and coverage. His knowledge of both insurance and accounting gives Nick the ability to bridge the gap between the two disciplines to ensure the risks and associated coverage are properly understood and addressed.Nick provides financial analysis to businesses in a variety of industries. As both a Chartered Insurance Professional and a Certified Management Accountant, Nick has a unique combination of expertise in both commercial insurance coverage and financial loss quantification.Nick has led presentations on business interruption coverage to brokerage firms and the Insurance Institute of Southern Alberta. He has also published several articles on claim management and business interruption insurance for the Insurance Brokers Association of Alberta.
