Gene King is the Senior Managing Director of Sequence Holdings LLC, a holding company for Sequence Financial Specialists LLC (SFS), a FINRA Licensed Broker Dealer and Investment Banking Firm, and Sequence Real Estate LLC (SRE), a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm.Gene has more than 40 years of practical business experience in 7 different industries focusing on Investment Banking for the past 10 years. He is primarily focused on the HUNT – Business Development/Revenue Production. As Managing Director for SFS, Gene has key leadership roles in six major business segments including:• Managing Broker Dealer for Alternative Investments• EB5 Transactions• Business Advisory Services• Debt Financing• Mergers and Acquisitions• Private Equity TransactionsGene holds FINRA Series 63 and Series 82 licenses. During his career, Gene spent four years with Prudential/Bache as a registered representative and commodity broker.Gene has received many awards in his career.
