Eric C. Mogentale

Eric Mogentale directs the Marketing and Client Service areas for Walton Street. Mr. Mogentale also sits on Walton Street’s five-member Investment & Management Committee, which makes all major decisions on behalf of Walton Street and the Funds. Beginning with its first fund, closed in April 1997, Walton Street has received equity commitments for its series of value-added and opportunistic private equity real estate investment funds totaling $1.5 billion. Walton Street currently manages $3 billion in total assets. Walton is now marketing its fourth offering, Walton Street Real Estate IV, L.P., which is expected to receive equity commitments of at least $600 million. Prior to forming Walton Street, Mr. Mogentale was a Vice President of JMB Institutional Realty Corporation in the Acquisitions Group and, prior thereto, a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Company. He received a B.A. degree from Northwestern University.
