Frank L. Sullivan, Jr., one of ING Clarion’s founding partners, is a private market portfolio manager and a member of ING Clarion Partners’ Investment Committee. Mr. Sullivan is also the Chairman of ING Clarion Capital, the fixed income manager affiliate of ING Clarion Partners. In addition to his ING responsibilities, Mr. Sullivan is a Professor of Real estate Finance at New York University’s Graduate School of Business. He joined ING Clarion in 1984 and has over 31 years of real estate experience. Prior to ING, Mr. Sullivan was Vice President, Real Estate Investment and Management Department at Citibank from 1979-1983; from 1975-1978, he was Vice President, Real Estate Acquisitions at Schultz Management Company and from 197-1974, he was Assistant Vice President, Real Estate Finance Group at Provident National Bank. Mr. Sullivan received a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
