Arthur H. White

Chairman of the Board, Trexco, LLC

Prior to this position, Mr. White was Vice Chairman of Yankelovich Partners, Inc. (formerly Yankelovich, Skelly & White). The company was founded 40 years ago by Mr. White and his long-time associates, Daniel Yankelovich and Florence Skelly. From 1959 to 1986, Mr. White was a Principal of the company and directed more than 200 research and consulting assignments for corporations, government agencies, industry associations, media, universities and non-profit organizations. From 1986-1992, Mr. White was President and CEO of WSY Consulting Group, Inc., a managing consulting firm, which he headed along with Daniel Yankelovich and Florence Skelly. The specialties of WSY included strategic marketing, competitive analysis, long range planning, technology transfer and public policy counseling. In 1983, Mr. White founded the not-for-profit organization, Jobs for the Future, which analyzes and develops responses to job education, training and retraining needs of the 1990s. In August, 1994, President Clinton appointed Mr. White to the National Commission for Employment Policy, an independent agency, which advises the President and Congress on national employment and training issues. In December 1997, he was appointed by President Clinton to the Federal Prison Industries Commission. Mr. White received his AB degree in Government and his MBA degree from Harvard University.
