Franklin D. O’Toole
Mr. O’Toole has provided litigation support and forensic accounting services for both large and small companies in many industries. In addition to working with attorneys in private practice, he has assisted in-house counsel in the insurance, brokerage and apparel industries. He is retained by brokers-dealers, the complex claims units of insurers, and by private individuals. The retention arises because there is some thought that a fraud has occurred, or an insurer asks them to investigate a complex fidelity bond claim, or an individual investor feels that something is amiss with the accounting for their investments, the statements they are receiving or the strategy pursued by their investment advisors. Prior to joining American Express, Mr. O’Toole was a member of Deloitte & Touche’s Litigation Consulting and Support Services. He holds degrees in Engineering and Business Administration. His post-MBA graduate work led to CPA certification in the State of New York.
