Carlo Alberto Demichelis is Chair of Milan 01 and the Head of Intellectual Property and Brand Advisory, and an active partner of the Art Law Special Interest Group, at Withers in Italy. The Italian lawyer of reference in the intellectual property and art fields for some of the most successful individuals, institutions and brands in the luxury, art, design, car and sport markets, Carlo Alberto has an extensive experience in leading and growing peer advisory associations and groups, having served for more than 15 years as the Vice President of the Italian Brand Owners' association (Indicam) and as a member of working groups of the EU Commission dedicated to consumers, economy and intellectual property. Carlo Alberto is a passionate collector of many different forms of art, from 4800 BCE to contemporary. He lives in Milan, Turin and his castle of Rive.
