Location: Remote – US based. Occasional travel required (<10%) 

Salary Range: $70,000 – $75,000

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The focus of this role will be on lead and Member acquisition, driving conversions through targeted digital campaigns, with a strong emphasis on reporting, email marketing and CRM/data management. The ideal candidate will be analytical and experienced in crafting campaigns that generate and nurture leads, turning prospects into Members. The specialist will contribute to enhanced Member engagement and satisfaction, but the primary focus will remain on driving new acquisitions and conversions. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Email Marketing & Marketing Automation 
    • Design, manage and refine email campaigns and drip sequences that nurture leads through the acquisition funnel. 
    • Track and report on performance metrics and optimize campaigns for higher conversion rates and replies. 
    • Segment contact lists for personalized communication that aligns with Member acquisition goals. 
  • Performance Reporting & Optimization 
    • Track and report on KPIs for marketing campaigns across lead sources, focusing on lead conversion rates, acquisition costs, and marketing ROI. 
    • Provide actionable insights to the leadership team, recommending adjustments to strategy and tactics for both lead and Member comms. 
    • Identify emerging trends and best practices to ensure TIGER 21’s digital marketing stays competitive. 
  • Lead Generation & Conversion Campaigns 
    • Support digital campaigns focused on attracting and converting high-value leads into Members. 
    • Execute multi-channel strategies across email, social media, paid advertising, and website content to maximize conversions. 
    • Monitor conversion metrics across the Member funnel, continuously optimizing for improved lead-to-Member conversion rates. 
  • CRM & Data Management 
    • Maintain and optimize CRM system for leads/opportunities, ensuring lead data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns. 
    • Collaborate with marketing, IT and sales team to ensure seamless data integration and troubleshooting across platforms. 
    • Use data-driven insights to create targeted strategies that move prospects through the acquisition funnel. 
  • Member Engagement & Retention 
    • Support post-acquisition strategies to enhance Member experience and encourage event participation. 
    • Coordinate with the Membership team to develop tailored onboarding and engagement campaigns for new Members.

DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on lead generation, email marketing, reporting/analytics, and CRM management. 
  • Experience developing reports and optimizing campaigns based on KPIs. 
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices, campaign automation, and digital advertising. 
  • Experience in a membership-based organization or ultra-high-net-worth environment is a plus.
