Jeffrey Silesky

Jeffrey Silesky is co-owner of Davis & Silesky Real Estate Investment Services out of Seattle. For over twenty-five years this boutique investment firm has successfully acquired, developed, managed and sold a wide range of real estate properties totaling over $200,000,000 in value with a primary focus in self-storage facilities. With his natural affinity for people along with his business acumen, Jeff has guided both the astute  and novice investor into financially sound real estate investments yielding outstanding returns. Over the years, the personal care Jeff has taken to understand the investor’s financial objectives has resulted in not only repeat clients but also the creation of lifelong business relationships. Born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Jeff holds a Masters in Education from the University of Minnesota. Jeff was a specialist in human relations training and adult education. For over fifteen years he held various positions: as a faculty member at the University of Minnesota, on the staff of the Minneapolis Health Department, and as a consultant for various public and private agencies. His interest in real estate investment began when he purchased his first home at the age of 28. When Jeff moved to Seattle in 1980 his career in health training took a back seat to his growing experience and success with real estate sales. After a short stint with Windermere Real Estate, he joined a small firm specializing in multi-family apartment sales—one of the first firms to utilize  detailed market research. This is where Jeff met his partner Glenn Davis. Jeff and Glenn launched Davis and Silesky in 1990, successfully forging the critical elements of real estate investing that has culminated into remarkable success over the years. These elements include: detailed market research, business experience, expert asset management, professional property management, and an understanding of the financial needs of his high net-worth clients. Jeff lives in Bellevue with his wife Francine, a physician and executive coach. He is an active volunteer and board member with several non-profit organizations. Jeff  particularly enjoys golfing, hiking and biking.
