Lyon Roth

Lyon (Lenny) Roth joined OurCrowd as a partner in 2016. Lenny brings 15 years of wealth management experience to the team and is also a co-founder of Yarotek, a Miami based solar energy enterprise with nearly 20 MW in existing generation and an additional 60 MW under construction, primarily in Puerto Rico. Lenny began his professional career as a mergers and acquisitions attorney with Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York and then spent six years as a senior executive at Koor Industries in Tel-Aviv, Israel. Lenny is a graduate of McGill University and Harvard Law School and has served on several community and corporate boards in Israel and the US, including Blue Square (NYSE:BSI), Makhteshim-Agan (TASE:MAIN), where he was chairman of the audit committee and Deltathree (NASDAQ:DDDC), where he was chairman of the board of directors. Lenny chairs Israel Bonds for southeast Florida, is a governor of Ben-Gurion University and used to chair the university’s investment committee in the US. He is also a co-chair of the Florida Congressional Committee pro-Israel PAC and a member of the Harvard Law School Alumni Association. Lenny is fluent in English, French and Hebrew.
