Chris Frevert

Chris Frevert has 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, investment banking and client advisory services. Chris has successfully facilitated client transactions in manufacturing, service, energy, and distribution sectors. Prior to Citadel, Chris served as President of King Food Systems, a multi-unit restaurant service operator. Chris is widely known as an industry expert in oilfield-related mergers and acquisitions with a particular emphasis on energy service companies. His knowledge of oil and gas stems from his long term personal involvement in the industry. Over the past decade, through Chris’s leadership, Citadel has completed more small and mid-market service transactions in the Denver Julesburg basin than any other recognized firm. Chris is the President of Caroden Energy, an independent O&G company with operations in Central Kansas. He is also a member of KIOGA. Chris has successfully grown Citadel Advisory Group over the years, attracting strong and talented individuals into the firm. Chris is an active participant in several local and national philanthropies. He attended the University of Colorado at Boulder and Colorado State University. He earned a B.S. in Biological Science. He holds the Series 7, 66 and 79 licenses and is a member of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA).
