Jeffrey Drummond

Mr. Drummond joined DNA Capital in 2015 and has more than 25 years of investment banking experience, having advised clients on M&A and financing transactions in a variety of industries including consumer products, industrial, manufacturing, telecom, and forest products.Prior to joining DNA Capital, he was Managing Director of M&A at Scotia Capital in both Montreal and Toronto, and prior to that was Vice President of the investment banking division at RBC Dominions Securities and its predecessor firm, McNeil Mantha. In addition to his investment banking experience, Mr. Drummond served as Chief Financial Officer of Revision Military, where he remains one of the initial shareholders and a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Drummond holds a B.B.A. from Western University. He is a Governor and member of the Board of Directors of Les amis de la montagne, as well as President of its annual fundraising campaign.
