Ryan Krafft

Ryan Krafft is the founder of Scott Management LLC, an investment firm located outside Boston, Massachusetts.  Scott manages a concentrated portfolio of public equities, with a focus on Western Europe. Scott’s goals are to compound investors’ capital at a high real rate of return, build enduring relationships with partners, and meet high standards for transparency and governance. Prior to establishing the firm in 2014, Ryan was a Partner at Munich-based Paradigm Capital AG and, before joining Paradigm, an Analyst at Forum Family Office GmbH.  In both roles, he was responsible for analyzing and investing in European publicly listed companies. Ryan started his career at Andersen Consulting in Frankfurt, Germany.  Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan (’01) and an MBA from Columbia Business School (’07).
