Ed Hartig

Ed Hartig is in his 24th season as Cubs historian supporting the team’s publications, media relations, marketing and communications departments.  Previously Ed performed ad hoc research for Cubs publications (Vine Line and game programs) back to 1988 and the first game under the lights at Wrigley Field.Hartig is a statistician and is currently employed as a Principal Data Scientist at a major Chicago marketing firm.Ed is married, with two kids (both in college), and resides in Bolingbrook.
