D. Dean McCormick

He has over 40 years of experience in finance and accounting and began his career with Ernst & Young.  He has been Chief Financial Officer for two growth companies that merged with large public companies, and worked for an investment banking affiliate of a venture capital firm. Since 1993 he has served entrepreneurs as their Personal CFO and CPA.He was chair of the Investment Committee for the Catholic Diocese of Orange and a member of the Financial Council. He has been on the Board of Directors for three public growth companies.Dean holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with distinction, from the University of Redlands, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance in from the University of Southern California. He and his wife Martha are proud parents of four children and nine grandchildren. He enjoys running, golf, skiing and body surfing.
