As a Principal at Smith, Frank & Partners, Frank manages the investment services for the firm. Since 1985, he has combined his diverse business experience and strong service philosophy to help clients achieve their financial goals. While utilizing the research platforms and technology of “big box” firms, Frank incorporates the entrepreneurial perspective and service philosophy of a boutique private asset management house.In creating custom portfolios, Frank measures performance within the context of his clients’ financial goals. As a long-term value investor, he believes successful investing is predicated not on timing markets, but rather, focusing on time in the markets. For clients of all backgrounds, Frank works to understand their unique objectives and to develop and manage their portfolio with an eye toward helping mitigate risk.Frank is also a Chartered Financial Consultant and a Chartered Life Underwriter. A graduate of Georgia Southern University, Frank earned his BBA in Finance. A father of three, Frank currently resides in Dallas and is an avid golfer, runner, and Hawaiian Ironman Triathlon finisher.
