Jake Kloberdanz is CEO and Founder of ONEHOPE, a brand with a mission to build a community that makes the world better through memorable wine and experiences. ONEHOPE creates thoughtfully-crafted products that each make a measurable impact for a specific charitable cause.Since launching ONEHOPE in 2007, Jake has successfully raised more than $60 million to finance growth from zero to one million bottles a year, in addition, to an iconic flagship vineyard, home and winery in the heart of Napa. Their wines have received numerous 95+ point ratings and 100+ medals in wine competitions. Under Jake’s leadership, ONEHOPE has grown to one of the 250 largest wineries of 10,000+ in the US and has received recognition in Inc. magazine’s “500|5000” the last six years as one of the fastest-growing private companies nationwide thanks to an innovative direct to consumer model powered by thousands of independent consultants who put on 15,000+ wine tasting events in 2018, all raising money for worthy causes.Sales of their wine and gifts have empowered the ONEHOPE Foundation to donate $5M+ to the brand’s many deserving nonprofit partners. Beyond ONEHOPE, Jake also serves as a board member and advisor for numerous successful businesses and nonprofits including Rebuild Northbay a foundation committed to the long-term rebuilding of Northbay following the ’17 fires, a cause he personally raised nearly $1M for.He has been recognized by Bloomberg Businessweek’s, “Top 25 under 25”, Wine Enthusiast’s,“Top 40 Under 40” and by Ernst & Young as a nominee for “Entrepreneur of the Year” on multiple occasions. He’s spoken at numerous conferences, events and universities including TEDx, The UN Global Summit, Stanford, U.C. Berkeley, UCLA and MIT. Jake serves on the Advisor Board for 8VC, a successful venture capital firm in SF. He’s an active member of the Young Entrepreneurs Council, GenNext, and the Napa Valley Vintners.Jake’s work has been profiled in magazines including Forbes, Entrepreneur, Inc. and Success; on shows such as CNBC, FOX and ABC sharing his expertise in building consumer brands, communities and his new model, known as Cause-Centric Commerce, the integration of social impact into everyday commerce and culture.A graduate of Haas School of Business, Jake was a four-year Scholar Athlete at Berkeley playing football and rugby, where he earned numerous national championships.
