From 1981 until 1984, Dan Mosley was associated with the New York City law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell. In 1984, he joined the New York City law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore as an associate. He became a Partner in Cravath, Swaine & Moore in 1987, and now heads the Trusts & Estates Department. Cravath's clients include a substantial number of the largest national and international corporations. Dan Mosley holds a Masters in Tax Law (Llm) from New York University, a JD from the University of Alabama School of Law and a BA from the University of Alabama. Dan Mosley is married to Heather Stanton Mosley. They have three children, Anne (born 1992), Olivia (born 1994) and Georgia (born 2002).
