Jonathan Thomas
Mr. Thomas is responsible for Investor Relations, as well as raising new investments for all Saybrook funds. Prior to that, he was a senior member of Saybrook Restructuring Advisors, where among other things he developed and implemented strategy for the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors’ dealings with the California Governor’s office and state legislature in the Pacific Gas and Electric bankruptcy. He also structured the financing for the Kodak Theater in Hollywood that houses the Academy Awards and co-senior managed a $1.25 billion general obligation bond program for the Los Angeles Community College District. He served for seven years as a member of the City of Los Angeles Board of Harbor Commissions and on the Board of Directors for the Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority.Mr. Thomas graduated from Oxford University, where he earned his Ph.D. in medical history, as well as from Yale University (B.A. summa cum laude) and Yale Law School (J.D.).
