Job Title: New Group Build Coach

Job Classification: Full-Time

Reports To: SVP, New Group Development

Location: Remote. Must reside in the US or the UK and be able to regularly work between the hours of 9am and 6pm in either Eastern Standard Time or Greenwich Mean Time. Occasional travel required (<10%). 

Salary Range: $120-140K   

  

POSITION SUMMARY:

The New Group Build Coach is responsible for guiding and supporting TIGER 21 Chairs through the process of building and growing their Groups to 12-15 Members within 12 months of launching their Group. This role involves partnering and providing coaching, strategic advice, and support to ensure Chairs successfully recruit high-quality Members and deliver a remarkable Meeting experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Chair Support and Development:

  • Coach and mentor TIGER 21 Chairs in Group-building strategies and Best Practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to Chairs through regular coaching calls.
  • Help Chairs identify and overcome obstacles in the Group building process.

Recruitment and Retention:

  • Assist Chairs in developing and implementing effective member recruitment strategies.
  • Support Chairs in identifying potential Members and conducting Formation Meetings.
  • Provide guidance on Member retention strategies to ensure long-term group stability and growth.

Training and Resources

  • Deliver learning and development sessions on Group Building techniques and tools.
    • Share Best Practices and success stories to inspire and motivate Chairs.
    • Provide onboarding and access to support the use of various on-line resources and tools.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Develop a Blueprint for Success for Chairs to achieve Group launch and build success targets.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of Chairs in building their groups.
    • Provide regular reports on group-building progress and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with TIGER 21 team and stakeholders to share insights and strategies.
    • Maintain open and effective communication with Chairs, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
    • Foster a collaborative environment where Chairs can learn from each other and share Best Practices.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP AND KEY PARTNERSHIPS:

This role reports to the SVP, New Group Development and requires the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate virtually with our staff and Chair community.

DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree with preferred disciplines in business, communications, etc.
  • Advanced business or similar degree a plus.
  • 5+ year’s successful experience in high level customer service or sales.
  • Proven expertise in mentoring professionals, particularly in consulting or coaching.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify challenges and proactively develop solutions, particularly for individuals striving to meet TIGER 21 New Group/Brand standards.
  • A strong service orientation and a collaborative work approach.

TECHNOLOGY:

Strong PC skills required, including proficiency in all Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Salesforce preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel may be required to meet with Chairs and attend meetings and events.
