  Deric Emry is Chair of Baltimore 01.  Deric has extensive experience working with high growth, expansion stage private companies as an investor, board member and advisor. He spent many years as a General Partner with ABS Capital Partners and then spent seven years with Greenspring Associates and is currently Senior Managing Director, Private Equity at the StepStone Group. Deric grew up on Coeur d' Alene Lake in Northern Idaho and loves everything outdoors.  He also spent three summers working in Alaska before heading East for college.

  John Greene is the Chair of Baltimore 02.  His five years as a TIGER 21 Member inspired him to help others as a Chair. He is Partner at Bardin Hill Investment Partners. Bardin Hill is a global alternative investment management firm with core competencies in credit strategies, including distressed, stressed, and performing credit, as well as litigation-driven investing, merger arbitrage, and event-driven equities. Prior to joining Bardin Hill in March 2002, Mr. Greene was J.P. Morgan Chase, Mr. Greene received B.A.s from Franklin & Marshall College in history and business. Mr. Greene has restructured dozens of companies over the years including control investing and debt for equity exchanges. That often involves active board work, M&A, and complex litigation. Additionally, in the not-for-profit space, he is a trustee of Franklin & Marshall, St Paul's School, and the Maryland Science Center.  He is married to Lexie Bozzuto Greene and have three children.  He loves all activities outdoors including mounting biking, skiing and fishing.
