  Eric Casaburi is Chair of Orlando 01. Born with an entrepreneurial spirit and love of health, Casaburi opened his first business at the age of 23 and launched his first franchise, Retro Fitness in 2004. He has since grown his passion for health and well-being into a $150M a year business giant with over 170 Retro Fitness gyms open or in development. Recently, Casaburi launched his newest brand of Anti-Aging Centers “Serotonin” and has been featured on CNBC, MSNBC, Fox Business, Bloomberg TV, A&E pilot Save it or Sell it, and CBS hit Undercover Boss. He has appeared in publications such as Entrepreneur Magazine, WSJ, and Franchise Times. Casaburi lives with his wife Kim and four children in Orlando, FL.

  Cari Coats is Chair of Orlando 02. Cari is a key advisor and coach to CEOs and executives leveraging her decades-long executive experience. As co-founder of Accendo Leadership Advisory Group, Cari helps peer leaders and groups achieve sustainable results and enduring impact. She was a key member of the start-up management team of the Orlando Magic and widely recognized as one of the highest-ranking women in professional sports. Cari served as a COO of a leading, private investment management firm providing alternative investments with a cumulative $28 billion in assets under management. She was a founding board member of several high-growth ventures and early-stage investment funds. Her commitment to knowledge transfer and thought leadership was amplified as executive-in-residence at the top MBA program in Florida at Rollins College where she honed her mantra, “lessons learned, lessons shared.” A graduate of Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, Cari is a health and fitness advocate and voracious traveler, along with her husband and twin daughters.
