Prakash Khemlani is the Chair of Abu Dhabi 01. As founder of Vision Pacific Group, a global hospitality solutions firm, he brings 20+ years across hospitality, manufacturing, and finance, helping owners deliver landmark projects - the Ritz Paris, Hotel de Crillon and W Maldives - while optimizing investment and design outcomes. Earlier, he worked in in investment banking at Bankers Trust Company, focusing on high-yield bonds and structured finance. Educated at the University of Pennsylvania and fluent in English, French, Hindi, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Prakash connects leaders across cultures to spark candid, constructive dialogue and enduring peer relationships. Prakash has been involved in EO for the last 17 years and enjoys cricket and historical fiction.
