Gil Bonwitt is the TIGER 21 Chair for Miami/Fort Lauderdale. Gil has a deep expertise scaling up businesses and non-profits, building teams, investment strategy, and family dynamics. In the past three decades, he has started and led several companies, including TechLaunch and FVI School of Nursing and Technology, and transformed several non-profit boards using organizational health tools. Presently, he is a principal of Scheck Group, a family office, and recommends and reviews investments for the family. He is currently focused on building Simpact, an organization committed to increasing performance of social sector organizations. He brings several decades of experience leading peer to peer groups of high performing leaders. Gil graduated from Georgetown University Law Center and Wharton School. He has served as chair of several organizations, including his YPO and EO chapters and his children’s school. His main passion is his family. He is married to Elise and together they have five children.
