In an interview with Brian Sullivan, host of CNBC’s “Last Call,” TIGER 21 Founder and Chairman Michael Sonnenfeldt shared valuable insights into the investment preferences of ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Michael highlighted that investing in private equity is at an all-time high and has become increasingly accessible and democratized, reshaping how wealth is built and managed and making it a compelling option for those looking to diversify their portfolios beyond public equities.

The results of a recent Cryptocurrency Member Poll were discussed. Despite being a relatively small allocation of Members’ portfolios, cryptocurrency is one of the top-performing assets within the community and direct ownership of this asset has become increasingly popular.

Looking ahead, Michael shared his outlook for tax rates and how investing in assets like real estate and businesses can be strategically advantageous due to lower tax rates on long-term capital gains.
