Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Classification: Full-Time

Reports To: Project Manager

Location: Remote –US based. Occasional travel required (<10%)

Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000

Anticipated Start Date: September 2025

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role will identify business needs and proposes solutions to help TIGER 21 achieve their organizational goals. This role involves gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements; evaluating existing processes; coordinating between stakeholders and technical teams; and recommending improvements or new initiatives. The Business Analyst will help drive decision-making, support strategic planning, and optimize processes across projects and business units. This position reports directly to TIGER 21’s Project Manager and will receive direction from both the VP of IT and CIO, while also working closely with all parts of the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with TIGER 21 teams to gather and define business requirements.
  • Analyze and document processes, workflows, and data flows.
  • User acceptance testing scenarios and sign offs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement or automation.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Participate in testing, implementation, and training related to new systems or processes.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams.

COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS:

  • Knowledge of integrations and integration services between systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and document requirements and processes to both business leaders and development team.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and documentation tools. (JIRA, Confluence, SmartDraw, Metabase or similar tools).
  • Change Management understanding and experience:
    • Experience supporting user adoption and change management, including developing training materials and documentation.
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance/security:
    • Awareness of data privacy, compliance, and security as related to technology platforms and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work on multiple initiatives at the same time with concurrent timelines.
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight
  • Strong proactive problem-solving skills
  • Strong relationship building skills

DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant working experience with preferred disciplines (E.g. business, finance, operations, IT)
  • Previous Salesforce and Business Analysis experience required
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
  • Experience working in a small organization environment
  • Experience with business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques
  • Experience in working with Senior level management and executives
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
