Job Title: Chief of Staff

Job Classification: Full-Time

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

Location: Remote –US based. Occasional travel required (10% – 20%)

Salary Range: $200,000 – $250,000 annually

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and act as a primary driver of new value creation across TIGER 21. This role focuses on originating, shaping, and launching new business opportunities that extend the organization’s platform beyond its established Individual and Family Office membership offerings. The Chief of Staff will lead ideation, evaluation, and execution of new lines of business—taking concepts from strategy through operational deployment—while enabling cross-functional coordination and supporting select strategic initiatives for the CEO.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, develop, and execute strategies to build new revenue-generating business lines leveraging TIGER 21’s brand, platform, and Member network.
• Originate and assess new business concepts; develop business cases and go-to-market plans for emerging opportunities.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of new initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and smooth operational delivery.
• Analyze, test, and de-risk new market opportunities through structured evaluation, piloting, and early-stage scaling.
• Serve as a close strategic partner to the CEO, supporting additional enterprise-level initiatives as needed.
• Navigate complex business dynamics with a balance of high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in strategy, business development, market development, or new venture creation preferred
• Experience launching and scaling new business lines or contributing meaningfully to organizational scaling preferred
• Exposure to ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) ecosystems or adjacent markets preferred
