POSITION SUMMARY:
The Product Manager for T21 Connect, is a pivotal member of the TIGER 21 team, dedicated to maximizing the value, adoption, and ongoing enhancement of the organization’s proprietary digital platform. This member-centric leader acts as an advocate for Members and Chairs, ensuring their unique needs, workflows, and feedback drive product development while carefully stewarding the privacy and trust central to TIGER 21’s culture. Serving as a vital bridge between Technology, Member Experience (MX), Operations, Marketing, the CIO/CTO, and design and delivery counterparts (Software Architect, Design Director, Project Manager), the Product Manager will champion T21 Connect’s roadmap and success through outstanding, targeted communications. The role focuses on planning and delivering clear, impactful updates and engagement strategies for Members, Chairs, and Staff, as well as supporting practical training initiatives. The role is highly collaborative and needs to have a clear understanding of the interplay between Members, Chairs, Staff and the Organizational needs for the product. The Product Manager also shapes and measures key success metrics within an environment that values discretion, high standards, and continuous improvement.
The Product Manager will act as an advocate and voice for the Member, understanding Member needs and interactions, defining, tracking and acting on Member responses to their Digital Experience. They will do this from the perspective of the Member Community/Network as a whole, to balance the needs of the organization and its Members.
As the strategic lead for AI-driven features within T21 Connect, this individual will bring a strong understanding of responsible AI adoption – guiding the integration, communication, and training for new AI-powered capabilities to enhance Member personalization, connection, and value.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

AI-Infused Product Strategy & Feature Delivery
- Lead the identification, prioritization, and integration of AI-powered features and enhancements within T21 Connect, with a focus on responsible, privacy-conscious member experiences in both web and mobile environments.
- Monitor and interpret AI trends, tools, and best practices, translating these into actionable opportunities for Member and Chair personalization, engagement, discovery, and workflow automation within the platform.
- Work closely with technology partners to ensure AI features meet high standards of security, confidentiality, accuracy, and usability.
- Partner with the Design Director (feature design and ideation), Software Architect (technology delivery), Project Manager (timeline coordination), and CIO/CTO (final feature/resource prioritization) to drive timely, high-impact product releases.
Member/Chair Advocacy & Feedback
- Serve as the principal advocate for Members and Chairs in all T21 Connect feature discussions, roadmap planning, and delivery phases.
- Gather actionable insights and feedback from Members, Chairs, Staff (especially MX and Operations), using respectful, highly targeted outreach rather than broad surveys, and integrate this feedback into product recommendations.
- Actively seek and incorporate feedback specifically related to AI-enabled features, ensuring user concerns around transparency, trust, and ethical use are proactively addressed.
Product Roadmap & Delivery
- Own and evolve the T21 Connect product roadmap, making strong feature and delivery recommendations grounded in Member/Chair needs, with final sign-off by the CIO/CTO.
- Lead and own the integration of AI into the core product, ensuring that AI-driven personalization and progressive disclosure are intrinsic to the user experience across all features.
- Champion a thoughtful approach to progressive disclosure design, guiding how and when AI-driven insights or features are introduced to Members and Chairs to maximize understanding, trust, and value without complexity.
- Serve as the product’s primary advocate for AI capabilities, working in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that every product decision leverages AI where it drives meaningful, measurable enhancement to functionality and Member experience.
- Establish clear objectives and success metrics for embedded AI features (including adoption, satisfaction, and impact on core workflows), rigorously analyzing and iterating based on real-world use.
- Help define, track, and measure product success metrics (e.g., adoption rates, satisfaction, usage), and analyze results to inform continuous improvement with support from the Business Intelligence team.
- Collaborate with internal teams (MX, Operations, Marketing) to align communications and feature launches with organizational objectives.
Innovation Process Development and Leadership
- Design, launch, and continuously improve a formal innovation process for T21 Connect and its related experiences, ensuring a balance between structure and flexibility.
- Build channels and rituals for surfacing new ideas from Members, Chairs, Staff, and cross-functional partners, and for continuously capturing feedback and unmet needs.
- Plan and facilitate cross-functional ideation and innovation workshops, leveraging both internal and (when appropriate) external expertise, ensuring diverse input for both incremental and breakthrough innovation.
- Prioritize and develop promising ideas into prototypes or pilots using rapid experimentation methods, ensuring quick validation or iteration of concepts.
- Create clear criteria for evaluating and scaling successful innovations, measuring their impact on the Member experience and organizational objectives.
- Build structured documentation and ongoing communication so lessons learned from experiments – both successes and failures – are shared, celebrated, and institutionalized.
- Integrate innovation priorities as a core part of product roadmaps, aligning them with Member needs and business goals.
- Advocate for seamless integration of advanced technologies, such as AI, as foundational elements of new initiatives and features, not as afterthoughts.
Communications & Engagement
- Support the creation and execution of communication strategies and content (including feature launches and success stories), ensuring Members, Chairs, and Staff are well-informed and engaged.
- Partner closely with Marketing and Member Experience to tailor messages, select optimal communication channels, and highlight the practical value of T21 Connect from a Member perspective.
- Provide clear and timely updates to Chairs (via the Operations team) for Group Meetings and engage Members and Chairs with innovative communications approaches designed for TIGER 21’s unique community, with a view to increasing engagement and show the value available.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to craft clear communications and training content that demystifies new AI-driven functionality, articulating benefits, safeguards, and Member impact in accessible language.
- Champion Member and Chair literacy in using AI features through hands-on support, training modules, and case studies of successful adoption.
Training & Member Support
- Develop accessible, concise support and communication materials, such as short-form videos, guides, and resources to help Members, Chairs, and Staff make the most of T21 Connect with support from Marketing, Member Experience, Information Technology and other teams.
- Deliver focused training or informational sessions when appropriate, supporting adoption and ongoing engagement by Members and Chairs.
COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS:
- Demonstrated excellence in communication – crafting, delivering, and tailoring content for discerning and privacy-sensitive audiences.
- Strong understanding of mobile and web app development processes; ability to translate Member/Chair needs into actionable product requirements (tech fluency required; direct development not required).
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and align communications with strategic goals.
- Ability to develop concise communications, training and informational materials supporting user adoption and engagement.
- Exceptional relationship-building, collaboration and influencing skills, with strong presence/gravitas and Member/Customer-centricity.
- Analytical ability to define and measure key success metrics for ongoing improvement.
- Strong understanding of the application of AI in Web and Mobile contexts, and a broad understanding of AI technologies from a user perspective for personalization and connection.
- Strong understanding of the application of AI in web and mobile contexts, including experience integrating or productizing AI-powered personalization, recommendation, or conversational tools.
- Able to evaluate and communicate the Member value, usability, and risks of AI solutions, advocating for practical, responsible, and ethical adoption.
DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Advanced degree (MBA or comparable) or equivalent experience preferred
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally within private networks, high-net-worth/ultra-high-net-worth client communities, or member-based organizations.
- Track record in mobile and web application development environments.
- Experience designing and scaling structured innovation programs or processes in a digital, member-oriented, or experience-driven environment.
- Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and confidential organizations is highly valued.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams to implement AI tools; knowledge of fundamental AI concepts (such as large language models, recommendation engines, or automation) from a product management perspective is required.
