Job Title: Director, Health & Wellness

Job Classification: Full-Time

Reports To: Chief Experience Office (CXO)

Location: Remote – US based. Occasional travel required (30%)

Salary Range: $125,000 – $150,000

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Health & Wellness Director will enhance the Member experience by optimizing health and wellness opportunities and resources for our Members across multiple touch points, including but not limited to our Health & Wellness Network, virtual and in-person events, partnerships and actively encouraging conversations and connections. This position serves TIGER 21 Members by engaging with them along their TIGER 21 journey. This position will work closely with TIGER 21 Chairs and staff. The role requires a unique background, a blend of health and wellness expertise, community advocate, engager, communicator, and program manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Other duties may be assigned

  • Act as the key ambassador for all Health and Wellness initiatives, including the Health and Wellness Network as well as virtual and in-person events.
  • Develop a Health and Wellness Strategy for the organization.
  • Curate Members’ access to world class health resources.
  • Formalize a process for Members to access connections to health resources via other Members’ connections as well as sponsor/partner relations.
  • Assist in shaping the online experience and in-person events in alignment with the needs of Members, constantly looking for new ways to add value.
  • Moderate as needed the postings and other Member communications on T21 Connect to ensure engagement and adherence to the TIGER 21 Code of Conduct and policies.
  • Identify and evaluate sponsorship opportunities to ensure “best in class” sponsors, speakers, topics, and assist VP, Business Development in negotiating offer and value.
  • Work collaboratively with team members across the organization.
  • Engage with Members and Chairs to encourage conversations and connections throughout the TIGER 21 community.
  • Handle administrative functions in connection with overall strategy and initiative, i.e. develop KPIs, operational norms and processes, best practices, etc.

DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, medical degree preferred
  • Health & wellness/medical experience and background
